Artist Statement

We live in a world where the threat of war and the destruction of our natural surroundings are inescapable. The possibility of existing in a dystopian land is no longer so far fetched. Doomsday is toying at the edges of our vision everywhere you look. What will the future actually hold? Will the winged bastions of peace and hope be strong enough to unite humans for survival? Or will the greedy thirst of the 1% finally cleanse the planet of our plague?

About the Artist

I create art to explore the boundaries between narrative and disorder, between reality and imagination. I am entranced by the delicate balance of beauty that emerges between the dark and the light, and work to weave stories that take my audience on that journey.
